Research Orchestrator Project overview

Research Orchestrator

Research Orchestrator is a private CLI-first platform for organizing research discovery and proposal generation across applied data-science domains. It is designed around agentic workflows, structured outputs, and repeatable research planning.

What it does

The system coordinates specialized agents for source discovery, paper ingestion, research analysis, gap detection, topic generation, proposal planning, peer review, debate, and context management.

Why it is useful

Research work can become scattered quickly: papers, notes, candidate topics, methods, datasets, and dissertation planning often live in different places. This project turns that process into a structured pipeline with schemas, run history, memory, and review loops.

Agentic AI relevance

The project is a working example of agentic AI used for knowledge work rather than simple chat. The focus is not just generating text; it is coordinating evidence, enforcing structure, tracking decisions, and helping research ideas mature into executable projects.
